Having an external perspective can be an invaluable tool, particularly during times of change. I work with organisations by supporting leaders, managers and operational teams. I take a human approach that draws on my coaching practice and experience of working with and managing people in all sorts of difficult situations.

Workshop facilitation

Whether you’re getting together a group of people to solve a problem, design a service, or go through a strategic planning and prioritisation process, using an external facilitator is a great way to make the most of the time, ensure everyone is heard and reach consensus. I’ll remind you what the big picture is and keep you focused on what you’re trying to achieve.

Management support and supervision

Working with individuals and teams, I can help identify barriers to progress, develop action plans and solve tricky problems. I’ll give people the confidence they need to carry out their roles effectively.

Partnership building

Collaboration is hard, especially across different organisations or agencies. Together, we’ll develop working practices that will ensure your partnership or multi-agency initiative is successful. I’ll help you navigate complexity and difference to join up effectively and have an impact.
